This is a representative case study illustrating Chrisferry's mine haul-road capability. Verified project records should be supplied by the client.
A haul road is part of the production line. When it ruts, corrugates or dusts over, cycle times climb, tyres wear and the road becomes a hazard. Keeping it in shape is continuous work.
Chrisferry runs an ongoing grading programme aligned to the client's production schedule: motor graders re-profile the running surface, water bowsers keep dust down and compaction tight, and the crew works to a routine that fits around — never against — the haul cycle.
Because plant comes from our own 70-strong fleet, with preventative maintenance built in, availability stays high and the road keeps moving the tonnes.
