The work spans two connected capabilities. Day to day, Chrisferry supplies competent, safety-trained crews across multiple disciplines — general labour, artisans, operators and supervisors — recruited and inducted to FQM's site standard. During planned shutdowns, that capability scales: structured manpower deployment and logistical coordination compress the maintenance window and get the operation back to production.
