When Chrisferry first supplied workforce to First Quantum Minerals in 2014, it was a specialised labour-hire contractor with a simple promise: competent, safety-ready crews, mobilised fast.

A decade later that promise still holds — and the relationship has made Chrisferry one of the earliest and longest-serving labour-hire partners supporting FQM operations.

Over those years the company has grown well beyond labour hire. Earth-moving equipment supply, drilling, civil works and shutdown support now sit alongside the founding capability — but the FQM partnership remains the proving ground where Chrisferry's standards are set.
