About the role
We are seeking a Site Civil Engineer to take ownership of civil works delivery — roads, drainage, foundations and structural works — on projects across the North-Western Province.
What you'll do
- Translate the project brief into buildable, costed method statements
- Set out works and hold levels, lines and falls to specification
- Supervise crews and plant, and manage delivery to programme
- Drive quality and safety checks at every stage of the work
- Close out projects with inspections and as-built records
What you'll bring
- A degree in Civil Engineering
- 6–10 years' site experience on roads and / or civil infrastructure
- Registration with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (or eligibility)
- Strong supervision, planning and problem-solving skills
- A safety-first mindset
